There are a couple of things I love about living here. Fibre optic broadband, soundproofed and insulated walls, strong shower and finally, the heart-warming company of your fellow residents. The experience is truly well worth the money. I have enjoyed living here for the past two years and I would highly recommend it to all students.

There's a lovely atmosphere in Drinkwater house. You get privacy with your own room and bathroom, but also space to socialise in the kitchen and lounge. The location is great and the facilities are too. I felt I got value for money and really enjoyed my year here, and would recommend it 100%. 

I stayed at Drinkwater House for 12 months whilst studying my Masters. I absolutely loved my stay as the place is really clean. The other students were friendly, and the management team are always helpful. I would advise anyone studying at Teesside University, and need a place to live, they should look no further than Drinkwater House.

Wonderful facilities, with clean and up to date personal rooms and communal areas. The locked compound means I can have my car with me at uni and know that it is safe! Staff will go out of their way to help with any issues.
